Faggots are tight bundles (2’ length) of small diameter branches and twigs that give an intense rapid heat into the surrounds of a pizza oven. Not only by purchasing our faggots will you of found the most efficient way of firing your oven, but you will also be contributing to the future health and vitality of our coppice woodlands.

• You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it, should you not be happy with your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Postage costs incurred in returning the item are to be paid by the customer.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund by PayPal (or original method of payment) of the original purchase price. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on PayPal or your card issuer's policies.
